How long must I suffer? Dear God, I’ve served my time.

So it’s the Fourth of July and I’m stuck indoors listen to old PJ Harvey records. My day would have gone differently, if it weren’t raining today. However, I’m not to bother about how my day is going so far today. Sure, it would be better going to some randoms BBQ and get shit faced, until I fall face first into the pool. Nevertheless, those things get old pretty quickly, and I’m too old for all that mess and mayhem. I rather be in my room listen to PJ Harvey and remember when I was younger. Lying on the floor and taking every word this magnificent woman would sing to me. It beat stall hot dogs, drunken drama queens and sitting in the humid darkness, while we wait for some sparks in the sky to make our night. Happy 4th!

  1. Nice post. I learn something more challenging on completely different blogs everyday. It should at all times be stimulating to learn content from other writers and practice slightly something from their store. I’d favor to make use of some with the content material on my weblog whether or not you don’t mind. Natually I’ll give you a link in your net blog. Thanks for sharing.

  2. I will immediately snatch your rss feed as I can not in finding your e-mail subscription link or newsletter service. Do you have any? Kindly let me recognize in order that I may subscribe. Thanks.
