Nowadays, things are not worth stressing and losing your hair over. It was a hard lesson for me to learn, but after some good thinking and maybe a Xanax (or two). I feel like all the stress was just not worth it at all. Sure, it’s fine to stress the fuck out from time to time (You’ll only human), however at the end of the day. What’s all the pressure going to do for you? Just make things worse than they really are and all you feel like doing is crawl up in a ball, and shut the world out. Trust a bitch when I tell you, that doesn’t work at all. I say just take a deep breath, relieve that stress anyway you want (If you know what I mean!) and move on. If everything else fails, there’s always Xanax.
